Who will help them now?

I have been a muslim for 8 years and my heart hurts. Muslims just don't seem to care what happents to other muslims. I see women and children and the old being forced to live in terrible conditions like war and poverty. I know we have the money to help but the help never comes. Somewhere there is a child who is asking her mother, how will we make it and who will help us now.
